When should you send the “before” photo?
You can absolutely wait until the end of your programme and unlock every gift card at once. But here is the honest advice: send the “before” photo on day one. The start is when we see each other most and when habits are built - getting a gift card straight away eases the budget exactly when it counts.
Your rights over your images
- You choose exactly what you share: photos only, video only, or both. Declining one does not block the other.
- Content is used on this site and my social media to show my coaching work. Never resold, never passed to a third party.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, with a simple message. The content comes down immediately, no justification needed.
- Gift cards already received stay yours, even after you withdraw. Your consent is not a purchase: it is not refundable.
